1. Membership: By paying the annual subscription, you agree to become a member of the Midlands Hiking Club. Membership is valid from the date of payment through to the close of the financial year, which concludes in June annually.
2. Code of Conduct: Members are expected to respect club rules, wildlife, and fellow hikers. The club reserves the right to terminate membership for behavior that endangers others or the environment.
3. Liability Waiver: Hiking is an inherently physical activity that carries risks of injury, loss or damage. By joining, members acknowledge and accept these risks and understand that participation is entirely at their own risk. Midlands Hiking Club, its organizers, and leaders are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during club events.
4. Fees: Annual subscription fees are non-negotiable and subject to change upon annual review.
