1. Subscriptions: As membership provides immediate access to club benefits, digital resources, and scheduled events, annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
2. Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time; however, no pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining months of the subscription year.
3. Event Fees: If a specific paid event (outside of standard membership) is cancelled by the club due to weather or safety concerns, a full refund or credit for a future event will be offered, subject to venue policy. Member cancellations are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
4. Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests based on medical grounds may be considered at the sole discretion of the Club Committee.
