Umdoni Park , Pennington

Saturday hike at Umdoni Park Golf Club: meet at the Observation deck on the sea side and the route will take us through the waterfall(rain dependent), forest pond, the Crowned Eagle’s nest view point, Otter view site, through the thick forest and grassland. There are some steep and rocky inclines and declines, proper hiking shoes and poles are recommended. We will only cross the river if it safe to do so. This reserve is a prime birding destination with over 250 recorded species, hoping that we will be able to spot a number of them.
There are clean toilet and their restaurant offers sweeping views of the ocean.
